A Global problem

In addition to the United States and Europe, Mexico is also battling an obesity epidemic. With a 32.8 percent adult obesity rate, Mexico just inches past the 31.8 percent obesity rate in the United States, according to a study released last month by the United Nations Food and Agricultural Organization.
Mexico is now the most obese country in the hemisphere and one of the fattest countries in the world. Despite various exercises and diets people are not losing the weight, the health complications from excessive amount of adipose tissue is heart disease, cancer, diabetes and early deaths. Obesity is an inflammatory illness, inflammation is what our processed food chemicals create. Never forget that excessive fats on the body is an inflammation related disease. The answer to the question of “How to drop the fat” is best answered by addressing inflammation. Addressing inflammation from our modern day foods will save the body and drop massive amounts of excessive weight.

Body fats and inflammation

Researchers in 100's of studies have pointed out that excessive fats on the body is due to inflammation, obesity, diabetes and the inability to lose weight are all is an inflammatory illnesses.
According to Harvard university the link to adipose tissue(Fats on the body) and inflammation is clear

Summary: Joslin Diabetes Center and Department of Medicine, Harvard Medical School
Weight gain and obesity are major risk factors for conditions and diseases ranging from insulin resistance and type 2 diabetes mellitus to atherosclerosis and the sequelae of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease. A chronic, subacute state of inflammation often accompanies the accumulation of excess lipid in adipose tissue and liver (hepatic steatosis), evidenced by changes in both inflammatory cells and biochemical markers of inflammation.

Addressing inflammation is how to drop the fat
Most commercial diets do not address inflammation, they use flashy commercials and celebrities but are not backed by any science. When researchers used a diabetic styled diet on people with ot without diabetes all dropped excessive fats on the body, a diabetic styled diet does what commercials diet cannot do, it reverses the obesity causing inflammation.

Why does a diabetic styled diet work on people without diabetes?

Researchers have known for over 50 years that a diabetic style diet caused weight loss in overweight diabetics but it was not known this would work on people without diabetes. Obesity people simply loss weight naturally.

A diabetic styled diet reverses the inflammation from our horrible processed foods, this causes the body to naturally drop the fat, this is what most dieting cannot do.

The Swedish have the number one based weight loss diet in the world. You eat good fats in combination with other foods and get very thin.
